If you want to help out on the day
We would love this day to be a fantastic day for all of us! If you would like to take part in any preparations or organisation and planning and co-create this day with us, please get in touch.
We would really appreciate your assistance with:
- Space in your car. If you are driving to London and have a spare space in your car, please let us know as we have quite a lot of visitors that will need transport and it is always nicer to travel together than in a taxi. We could pair you up with those who don’t have a car!
- Party music. If you are passionate about DJing or putting together playlists, please let us know! We will have a flamenco guitarist to start with but from 9pm we would like someone to help us design the music. If you would like to help, get in touch!
- Taking video footage on the day. We will have a camera and are looking for someone who would like to become a director for the day! It can be shared between a few people if you prefer
- Organising a flower shower at the Temple. After the Temple ceremony, we would like to gather everyone in front of the Temple, give them lots of flower petals to throw in the air for a photograph. If you have got energy to herd together 70 people, we need you!
- Help throughout the day. If you would like to help us with little things like ordering taxis, making sure the cakes arrived, the flowers are displayed properly, the musicians and salsa teacher is happy, let us know and we will plug you in what may be needed
- Anything else? If you think there is something else that we should be thinking about, let us know
